Improving Your Undergraduate Class: A Conversation

Tuesday, October 21st, 2014
12:00pm – 1:00pm
Venue: CB1-205

You are invited to join an open conversation with colleagues who also value undergraduate education and want to improve it. There will be no set agenda for this meeting, but for conversation starters, we could consider Chickering and Gamson's principles for good practice in undergraduate education: How can we encourage better interaction between us and our students? Develop cooperation among students? Encourage more active learning? Improve on our feedback? Get students to spend more time in quality study? Get buy-in for higher education? Or help them engage with multiple perspectives, talents, and ways to learn? We hope you can attend.
