INVITATION FROM PEARSON EDUCATION: VIRTUAL CLASSROOM SPACES TALK NOVEMBER 28 Faculty members are invited to a lunch/talk on virtual classroom spaces with Bill Prensky, a developer of Virtual Reality environments for CNDG and “Second Life” who provides applications and solutions for teaching and learning through 3D immersive experiences. Learn how these fully immersive learning environments provide live or self-directed instructional spaces; facilitated and instructor-based education; and interactive role play for complex simulations in lecture or lab settings. The event will be held from 11am-12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28th in Classroom Building 1 Room 205. See the attached flyer for more information about the speaker.
