Generating Reports in CPS

  1. Open up CPS for PowerPoint. Make sure the correct database is being used. Select the CPS tab on the top of the program. Click on reports.
  2. Select/highlight the test you wish to generate a report. Click on generate.
  3. A dialogue box will appear labeled Reporting. The left column displays the students in the instructor’s class. The column to the right displays the different types of reports. On the left side of the dialogue box, you can filter out students to either display only these students who responded to the test, or display all students in the class. On the right side of the dialogue box, select a type of report and click on Preview. *If you lose your database, you lose your reports.

Suggested reports:

  • Instructor Summary (report built within CPS)
  • Angel/WebCT Export (report exported to an excel document)
